Refunds, Cancellations & Complaints

Refunds or cancellations will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. Online Payment Failures: If your online payment doesn’t go through properly, your amount will be refunded as per your bank’s standard policy.
2. Natural Disasters or Genuine Issues: Refunds or cancellations may be considered in serious situations like natural disasters or valid complaints.
3. Wrong Delivery Information: Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order. If your order doesn’t reach you due to a wrong address, wrong phone number, or missing info, we won’t be able to refund the amount.
4. Customer Not Available at Delivery: If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, the order may be cancelled, and no refund will be given.
5. Delivery Charges & Fees: Any approved refunds will not include delivery charges, taxes, or card processing fees.
6. Order Cancellations: You must cancel your order at least 30 minutes after you have placed the order (Pakistan Standard Time). For cancellations, please call our restaurant team directly.
7. Weddings & Event Orders:
   • A deposit is required to confirm your date. This deposit is non-refundable.
   • Final payment must be made at least 7 days before the event. A confirmation will be shared once payment is complete.
   • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery or pickup are not eligible for any refund.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order arrives wrong or has an issue, please contact us within 20 minutes of receiving it. We’ll do our best to sort it out quickly and fairly.
